Why does the moderator feel so compelled to cut off the candidates after 2 minutes? Ok, why even set those guidelines going in? I want to hear what they have to say, yet every time they get going good, they are cut-off. Aren't we missing the point of the debate?
If you force them to explain their policy in 120 seconds there is no possible way that we can know which one is better. They are better off using their sliver of time to give us a web site address that explains their policy in more detail.
I guess its just style over substance and we are expected to expect it to be that way (try saying that three times real fast).
